Use our products responsibly. We are not trained as physicians. We do not offer medical advice. Consult qualified health and nutritional care providers on appropriate use of herbs. Information contained herein is used at your sole discretion and risk. Misuse of content or the services provided herein is strictly prohibited.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of information contained on our site. Occasionally, mistakes may occur. When discovered, we will make every effort to correct them promptly. If you would like to report such an error, please contact us at Error / Typo Alert. Thank you.

Security
HerbWits has taken great care in selecting and using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to encrypt the information you send us when you place your order. Except when you opt to take advantage of Easy Pay and continuing subscription offers that we may present from time to time, your credit card information is deleted from our records as soon as your order has been satisfactorily concluded.

Unsolicited Mail
We do not send unsolicited e-mail. We may send e-mail to update you of your order or a HerbWits newsletter or similar subscriptions upon your request that we may offer from time to time. If you receive an unsolicited e-mail from us, please contact us immediately using our contact page and we will gladly look into it.

15-Day Limited Warranty
We do not accept returns of books or perishable items such as seeds, herbs oils, coffee or tea.
We do accept returns of non-perishable items and hard goods( No Books ) within 15 days of shipping. Prior authorization is required. All returns, warranty or liabilities are limited only to the purchase price of the product sold.

Product must be in re-sellable condition in original packaging, and a 20% re-stocking charge will apply to some items. Shipping is the responsibility of the Customer. Please contact us using our contact page for prior authorization and RMA number.

Orders
In-stock orders are generally filled within 4-7 business days. HerbWits reserves the right to refuse any order.

Shipping
We are sorry, but we are unable to deliver to addresses outside the United States at this time.
Orders will be shipped USPS or UPS, some orders may arrive as multiple shipments arriving on different days because they have been shipped from different warehouses.

Rates
Shipping Charge is $6.95 for each order regardless of size of he order.
